TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: November 1, 2026

These Terms govern paid membership of Get Through Hard Stuff, including our member community, live sessions, resources and related services.

Please read them before purchasing a membership.

1. Who You Are Contracting With

Unless the checkout page expressly identifies another entity as the contracting seller or Merchant of Record, the seller of your Get Through Hard Stuff membership is:

Kevin Mikael Gibbs
trading as Wellbeing Mastery Academy
Business ID: 2630250-9
Holmankorpi 1 B 13
02210 Espoo
Finland

Email: hello@getthroughhardstuff.com
Telephone: +358 44524 9651

Get Through Hard Stuff itself is a collaborative project created and delivered by Kevin Gibbs and Christopher Grinsted, who operate through separate businesses. Christopher Grinsted operates through Radiant Being, LLC. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, this collaboration does not make Radiant Being, LLC a separate seller of your GTHS membership.

2. What Get Through Hard Stuff Is

Get Through Hard Stuff is a paid, continuous, non-clinical support and education community for adults going through difficult periods in their lives.

Membership may include:

The intended minimum is at least one dependable live member session each week, subject to occasional reasonable changes caused by illness, holidays or exceptional circumstances. The format, facilitator or timing of individual sessions may vary.

3. What Get Through Hard Stuff Is Not

GTHS is not:

Kevin, Chris and other facilitators may provide education, perspective, practical frameworks, coaching, questions and peer-support facilitation within their respective professional scopes. Participation does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient or other clinical-treatment relationship. Nothing provided through GTHS should be treated as diagnosis, medical instruction or a substitute for appropriate healthcare.

4. Emergencies and Crisis Situations

GTHS is not continuously monitored and must not be relied upon for immediate safety assistance. If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services or an appropriate crisis service where you are located. We cannot guarantee that Kevin, Chris or another moderator will see a post, message or request immediately.

5. Eligibility and Suitability

Membership is for adults aged 18 and over.

All prospective members must complete the GTHS suitability process before joining. The purpose is to determine whether the non-clinical community is appropriate for what the person currently needs. A diagnosis, previous mental-health difficulty or difficult life history does not automatically prevent someone from joining.

We may decline or postpone membership where we reasonably believe:

Acceptance at one point does not guarantee that membership will remain appropriate if circumstances materially change. We are not required to accept every application.

6. Participation Is Voluntary

You decide how actively you participate. You are not required to:

You remain responsible for deciding what personal information you are comfortable sharing.

7. Community Confidentiality and Privacy

Members must treat personal information shared by other members as private. You must not without appropriate permission:

These obligations continue after your membership ends. Because GTHS is a peer community, we cannot guarantee that another individual member will always follow these rules. You should therefore use judgement when deciding what to disclose. Serious breaches of another person's privacy may result in immediate restriction, suspension or removal.

8. Community Conduct

Members must interact with others respectfully and in good faith. The following may result in moderation or removal:

Disagreement is allowed. Respectful questioning and challenge are part of the community and are not themselves harassment. A useful principle is: Ask before advising. Share experience rather than prescribing.

9. Information About Other People

Do not unnecessarily disclose another person's identifying, medical or otherwise sensitive information. When discussing a situation involving somebody else, remove identifying information wherever reasonably possible.

10. Your Content

You retain ownership of original material that you post or submit. You give us a limited licence to host, store, reproduce and display that material only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate GTHS and provide the service to you and authorised members. This does not give us unrestricted permission to turn your private story, photograph, sensitive disclosure or community contribution into public marketing material. If we wish to use identifiable member content publicly, we will seek appropriate written permission.

11. GTHS Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, videos, frameworks, worksheets, articles, recordings, exercises, branding and other materials created for GTHS are protected by intellectual-property law. Membership gives you a personal, non-exclusive right to use member material for your own purposes. You may not without permission:

12. Live Sessions and Recordings

Personal-support discussions are normally unrecorded by GTHS. Certain monthly podcast sessions may contain a clearly identified public portion that is recorded for publication. Members will be informed when recording is taking place. Members may normally submit questions for the public portion without their names being included in the published material. After the public recording ends, the intended members-only discussion is unrecorded by GTHS. Members must not independently record private sessions without appropriate permission.

13. Membership Levels and Prices

The current planned membership levels are:

Supported — €48.50/month

A lower price for members who need financial flexibility.

Standard — €97/month

The standard membership price.

Pay It Forward — €194/month

A higher-priced membership intended to help make Supported memberships possible.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

The price and billing arrangement shown at checkout form part of your contract.

14. Recurring Membership and Cancellation

Unless another arrangement is clearly stated at checkout, GTHS membership is billed monthly and renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel a recurring membership so that it does not renew for another billing period. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation of future renewal is separate from the statutory EU right of withdrawal described below. If we later introduce annual, prepaid or other membership arrangements, the duration, renewal, cancellation and payment terms for those arrangements will be stated before purchase and these Terms will be updated where necessary.

15. Long-Term Member Individual Session

After accumulating 12 paid months of GTHS membership, a member becomes eligible for one complimentary individual session with either Kevin or Chris.

This is:

The session remains within the selected coach's professional scope and does not convert GTHS into therapy, medical treatment or another clinical service.

[SESSION LENGTH, BOOKING DEADLINE AND CANCELLATION RULES TO BE FINALISED BEFORE THIS BENEFIT BECOMES AVAILABLE.]

16. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer purchasing GTHS online, you will generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, beginning when the service contract is concluded, subject to applicable legal rules and exceptions. If you request that your membership and service begin during the 14-day withdrawal period, we may ask you at checkout to expressly request immediate commencement. If you subsequently exercise your statutory withdrawal right after the service has begun at your request, we may be entitled under applicable law to charge a proportionate amount for services already provided. Nothing in these Terms removes a statutory withdrawal right that applies to you. Where legally required, the online interface through which you purchase membership will provide an easily accessible withdrawal function throughout the applicable withdrawal period. You may also exercise your withdrawal right through another legally permitted clear notification, including by contacting: hello@getthroughhardstuff.com

[ONLINE WITHDRAWAL FUNCTION/LINK TO BE ADDED ONCE THE CHECKOUT PLATFORM IS SELECTED.]

17. Refunds and Problems With the Service

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms. Where the service is not provided as agreed, is materially defective, or applicable law gives you a right to:

those rights remain available. Outside applicable statutory rights and any additional refund policy expressly offered at purchase, fees for membership periods that have already been properly provided are not automatically refundable merely because you choose not to participate.

[ANY ADDITIONAL VOLUNTARY REFUND POLICY TO BE DECIDED BEFORE LAUNCH.]

18. Payments

You authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide according to the price and billing interval shown before purchase. We will not retrospectively change the price of a period already paid for. If we change the price of a renewing membership, we will provide notice where required before the new price applies. The identity and role of the payment provider or Merchant of Record will be shown through the final checkout arrangement where applicable.

19. Suspension or Removal

We may restrict, suspend or end membership where reasonably necessary because of:

Where appropriate, we will normally try to explain the issue and give the member an opportunity to change their behaviour before removal. Serious circumstances may justify immediate action. Where we end a paid membership for reasons unrelated to a member's breach or conduct, any prepaid portion of a service we will no longer provide will be handled appropriately under applicable law.

20. Changes to the Service

GTHS is a continuing community and will evolve over time. We may make reasonable changes to:

We will not use this provision to remove the essential substance of a paid service without regard to your contractual or statutory rights.

21. Third-Party Platforms

Parts of GTHS may be provided using third-party services such as:

Those providers may have their own terms and privacy notices applying to their own services.

[CIRCLE/WHOP AND FINAL PAYMENT STRUCTURE TO BE INSERTED AFTER SELECTION.]

22. Results and Personal Decisions

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the community and services described. We cannot promise any particular:

You remain responsible for your decisions and for determining whether a suggestion, discussion or resource is appropriate to your circumstances. Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

23. Liability and Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Nothing removes mandatory rights you have as a consumer. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the contract was made or losses caused by matters outside the service we agreed to provide.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Finnish law. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.

25. Complaints and Disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first: hello@getthroughhardstuff.com so that we can try to resolve the matter directly. Consumers may also have access to applicable national consumer-advice and alternative dispute-resolution services. In Finland, consumer advice is provided through the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority, and eligible disputes may be submitted to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. You retain any right you have to bring a matter before a competent court.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary because of changes to:

Material changes affecting an existing paid membership will be communicated where required and will not retrospectively remove rights already acquired. The current version will display its latest update date.
